PURPOSE:
Interfaith Ministries provides assistance for utilities, rent, transportation, food and other needs.  One of our goals is to prevent homelessness. Our staff is proactive in prevention through counseling and by networking.

ELIGIBILITY  REQUIREMENTS:

• Complete referral from application at Family Services, 13 East 11th St.
• Provide documention a applicable to the case
• Visit with a staff member at Interfaith Ministries at 1431 Gurnee Avenue.
